Dr. Smiderle has worked with several industry partners to develop and deliver training designed for upskilling and reskilling. Earning a Doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and recognized credentials and experience in Instructional Design and Change Management, Dave has applied his expertise to develop and design training curriculum specifically for adults. Dr. Smiderle comes from a rich background of consulting and providing continuous and professional learning to the private sector within several industries, along with more than 14 years' experience with polytechnic institutions.
