Transcripts

An official transcript details your permanent academic record and will carry the Humber seal and an authorized signature.

You may request a transcript:

  • Via MyHumber.  If you are a former student, or have forgotten your MyHumber log in credentials, read the instructions on the side of the log in screen on MyHumber. Step-by-step instructions can be found here.
  • By Mail. Send your request to:

When ordering a transcript, be sure to include your name, former name (if applicable), your student number, the name of the program in which you were registered and your signature indicating we can release the documents. A Transcript will be mailed to the address specified on the student record, upon request.

How to request your transcript in various scenarios:

I am applying to an Ontario College.

  • If you are applying to another Ontario College and require transcripts to be sent to that institution, you must request the transcript using the OCAS online transcript request form. If you did not apply online or have questions, you must call the OCAS Customer Contact Centre to fulfill your request.

I am applying to an Ontario University.

  • If you are applying to an Ontario university through the Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC) and require transcripts to be sent to that institution, it is likely that you will be able to order transcripts as part of the on-line or paper OUAC application. Please contact the university in question directly to determine if you should apply through the OUAC or directly to the university. If the program to which you wish to apply is NOT handled by the OUAC, please request your transcripts directly from Humber, and have them sent directly to the university.

I am applying to a College or University outside of Ontario.

  • If you are applying to a College or University outside of Ontario, please provide us with a complete mailing address and we will have your transcript sent directly to that institution in a secure paper format.

It's for an employment agency or another 3rd party request.

  • When ordering transcripts to be sent directly to a third-party (e.g. employment agency), please provide us with a complete mailing address.

Note: Transcripts will not be issued if you have an outstanding balance on your account.
