Students examine the ethical and evaluative issues in business and professional activities. They explore the role of ethics in a variety of business contexts and functions. Topics include the nature of values and ethical systems, duties and rights, private and public good, corporate responsibility and citizenship, government regulation as well as selected ethical issues facing employees, employers, consumers, suppliers and sustainable business practices.
