Humber’s HR department is boldly changing the way we will interface, provide services and respond to College needs through the implementation of our Human Resources Management System (HRMS). This will mean big changes for all employees. This information session and workshop will expose you to the features of the new HRMS, in particular the Employee Direct Access (EDA) functionality, giving you an early sneak peek into what you will be able to do using the system. You will see first-hand how to view and update your personal information, request absences (vacation and sick time), view your benefits, make changes to your benefits and perform many other employee driven actions. In workshop session, you will then participate in a design thinking exercise wherein you will provide feedback that will be used to help manage the transition to this new employee perspective.
