In this session, Mark Whale presents the findings of a study undertaken in 2017 that explored the use of podcasts as a supplementary resource in the diploma course GNED 101, An Introduction to Arts and Sciences. In the presentation, Mark will take participants through the steps of how to create a podcast, how to make it accessible to students, the nature of the podcasts, the response of students and the scope of the potential for their implementation in the classroom.
