This workshop will teach you how you can manage stress through the art of meditation and mindfulness. We will discuss the causes of stress (both internal and external), and different ways of managing stress. We will also discuss why we should meditate, different types of meditation, and what tools we need to start a meditation practice. You will be provided with some resources for your future practice.
