Join Emily Rondel from Bird Studies Canada for an introduction to the citizen science-driven database eBird and a guided bird walk around the grounds of the Humber Arboretum. We'll be looking for fall and winter visitors along with our year-round residents including raptors, owls, woodpeckers, nuthatches, chickadees, cardinals, finches, and many others.
This is an outdoor event for all skill levels; please dress for the weather and bring binoculars if you have them (if not, don't worry - we'll have lots of loaners available!)
When: Saturday, November 25th, 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Where: Humber Arboretum, Centre for Urban Ecology (Directions)
How: This event is FREE but please register in advance through the Arboretum website to help us plan.
