Outcomes based learning ensures consistency, transparency, and rigor in the learning process. Learning outcomes act as a guide for educators and learners and indicate what the learners will know and do by the end of a specified course or program. They are meant to align teaching materials and assessments. In this workshop, participants will learn the fundamentals of outcomes based learning and practice aligning curriculum to meet the needs of diverse learners.
