Humber 10th Annual Fitness Olympics

The Fitness Olympics is an event that will be hosted by third-semester students from the Fitness and Health Promotion program. It will be held in Gyms A and B at the North Campus on Tuesday, November 27, 2018, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. This event emphasizes the participants to be active and competitive and to have fun at the same time. The main objective of the event is to raise funds for honouring a Fitness and Health Promotion student who lost his life because of Leukaemia. All money raised will be donated to the Kyle Hosemen Award. 

There will be eight fitness stations consisting of different activities which can be fun for people belonging to different age groups. Each participant will receive points based on how well they perform the activities.
