Presenter: Catherine L. Peters, Partner, Hicks Morley

Catherine Peters is a partner in the firm and the Chair of the Hicks Morley Human Rights Practice Group. She is also the Chair of the firm’s Diversity Committee. Catherine provides strategic advice to clients on a wide variety of human rights, employment law, labour relations, and administrative law matters, and represents clients before arbitration boards, human rights tribunals, and a variety of administrative tribunals. A significant component of Catherine’s practice focuses on the post-secondary education sector.

Presenter: Njeri Damali Campbell, Associate, Hicks Morley

Njeri Damali Campbell is an employment, labour and human rights lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Toronto office. Njeri provides strategic advice and representation before administrative tribunals and courts. She also assists clients to execute workplace investigations, and provides training seminars on a range of labour and human rights topics. A believer in the importance of mentorship and career sponsorship, Njeri regularly sets aside time to mentor pre-law and law students.
