These days it seems like almost everything we do leaves us feeling drained and stressed. In fact, we seem to be more stressed out due to constantly changing times, instant technology, trying to keep up with everything and access to news and events from around the world. Learning how to make a few quick changes to your daily nutritional regime along with the addition of some simple stress relievers can benefit our drained brains immensely by decreasing the stress hormones and increasing the “feel good” hormones. This lunch & learn will give you a toolkit to use to help you make lasting changes in how you deal with stress and the drained brain.
