Freedom of expression is never absolute. All Humber and Guelph-Humber students have the right to express themselves, either individually or as a group, on any subject provided that this right is exercised reasonably and in a manner consistent with the values of the Campus community and Canadian society at large. Art entries are a form of expression. If an artist’s work is deemed to be threatening, abusive, libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane or otherwise objectionable, the organizers of the art show have the right to exclude the piece of art from the art show and return it to the artist. Full-time employees are not eligible to submit.
