During the period of academic disruption, confidential counselling services will be temporarily unavailable to all registered students. Services still open to registered students include nurses, a mental health nurse and Doctors offering health services, check in, mental health support and referrals to community agencies. Click here for information on emergencies.

All appointments are confidential and are for currently enrolled students.

Medical Appointments

  1. To see a doctor, you must book an appointment in person by visiting the Student Wellness & Accessibility Centre.
    NOTE: If you already have been registered in person you may book an appointment with the doctor over the phone.

  2. You will need to bring:
    • Valid Humber College Student ID card  
    • Valid Ontario or provincial health card or International Student Health Insurance Card.
      *Quebec Health Insurance cards are not accepted.
  3. Cancellation/No Show Policy: Failure to provide notice of cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your appointment or failure to attend an appointment, will result in a $25.00 charge to your student account.   4. Walk-In Services

*Orangeville Campus students will need to access community resources: i.e. their own family doctors, walk-in Clinics, or in case of a medical emergency, the local hospital emergency room.
