Post-Secondary Student Metropass
If you are a full-time Humber or Guelph-Humber student, you are eligible for a TTC Metropass at a discounted rate. These Post-Secondary Student Metropasses require you to carry a TTC Full-Time Student Photo ID at all times.
Post-Secondary Student Metropasses are available for purchase at Humber Bookstores.
TTC Full-Time Student Photo ID
Humber hosts an annual TTC Photo ID day each fall for $7 — keep an eye on our events page for the next Photo ID day. If you have missed that day, you can purchase the TTC full-time student photo ID at any time during the year at Sherbourne Station for $5.75. Find out more here.
When you purchase the photo ID, you will need to provide proof that you are enrolled as a full-time student:
- current timetable OR tuition receipt (printed or electronic) with your Humber student ID
VIP Metropass Program
If you are a part-time or continuing education student, a Humber staff or faculty member, you can purchase a regular Metropass at a discounted rate from Humber Bookstores.
The discounted Adult VIP Metropasses are available during the first few days of each month and require your Humber student/staff ID for purchase. Get there early as they sell out!
Post-secondary students are required to pay the adult fare for Brampton Transit.

If you are a full-time Humber student, you can present your student ID to be eligible for discounted rates on tickets and PRESTO cards.
