As a means to continue with the diversification of our international student population and our international engagement, Humber recently signed an MOU with the Ministry of Education and Family Affairs of Aruba.
The intention of the agreement is to establish a mutually beneficial relationship through education and exchange of knowledge, and to the stimulate student mobility between countries. Various areas of interest have been identified.
The MOU was signed by Minister of Education of Aruba, Michelle J. Hooyboer-Winklaar at an official ceremony in September, where Humber was represented by the Dean of Program Planning, Development, and Renewal, Dr. Kelly O’Neill. Aruban students choosing to study at Humber will now have access to Government of Aruba student loans, as well as various international student scholarships offered through Humber to help finance their postsecondary studies.
