Exemption Process and Forms

To ensure that we can maintain a healthy and safe environment on our campus locations, Humber and the University of Guelph-Humber have instituted a Vaccination Policy in alignment with directives from the Government of Ontario.

Based on recent guidance from the Ontario Human Rights Commission, exemption requests for the winter 2022 term will only be considered for medical reasons and based on the following limited Human Rights grounds:

  • Religion
  • Creed

Exemption Process for Students

Non-medical exemption requests for the winter 2022 term will be accepted until December 15, 2021. Medical exemption requests will be reviewed as they are received.

Please find the situation below that applies to you for next steps.
