Humber's Immigration Consultant certificate is an accredited program governed by the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), an independent, self-regulating body for immigration consultants in Canada. Anyone wishing to legally act as an immigration consultant must become a licensed member of ICCRC. The program concentrates on areas of ethics, immigration, refugee law and procedures required for licensing with ICCRC. 

Students are responsible for meeting all ICCRC requirements. For more information, visit ICCRC's website at iccrc-crcic.ca.

Note: May 2020 was our final intake for the Immigration Program; we are no longer taking applications for new students.

Additional Information

  • IELTS testing is available at Humber College; please visit the Humber IELTS Test Centre for more information and to register for a test at humber.ca/ielts
  • BICC 112 (now COM 101) Effective Business Writing is required during your first semester of the program
  • BICC 112 is no longer offered through Liberal Arts & Sciences and Innovative Learning. Students must take COM 101, and the course will automatically be transferred.
  • Students wishing to be licensed as an Immigration Consultant must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Registered (Status) Indian within the meaning of the Indian Act (Canada)

Fees
