This course will also delve more into data analytics to support overall decisions and strategy in the PM process. Participants will learn how to create a scope of work and a detailed project plan for various creative projects. Understanding data is important across many industries, as many strategists use data to make informed decisions. Communicating insights for change in different situations to clients in a timely manner is discussed.
