In this course, you will learn to utilize Microsoft Excel, generative AI tools, and data sets to ethically and effectively produce meaningful insights. The wide range of available sources today allows for a better understanding of global insights, prediction of future trends, and improved decision-making for organizations. The success of these outcomes relies on the use of human judgment in managing the analytics process to solve specific problems. Students will gain the following skills: - Using data analytics programs, tools, and visualization techniques for problem-solving - Collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and effectively sharing data through storytelling - Applying problem-solving and information visualization techniques and tools Additionally, students will use the data and analytics solution process to develop well-defined strategies for the creative process in advertising and marketing communications.
