Students practice professionally and demonstrate application of theory to practice. Students are supervised by site personnel and college faculty where they receive feedback on performance in order to build the competencies required to work in the field. Field placement may occur in a variety of settings that support addictions and mental health work such as hospitals, community health centres, education, seniors, and correction.
