Baking and Pastry Quantity Production

This course will teach students about preparing baking and pastry items in large quantities. Students will produce a variety of delectable items with a focus on volume and packaging. Collaboration and teamwork will be developed as well as math proficiency and time management. Students will develop a product with their peers in conjunction with BAKE 253 Bakery Management and Entrepreneurship for sale across campus retail outlets and online.
