This course provides students with in-depth knowledge of essential human resources techniques to meet organization strategic plans and develop staff and volunteer human resource talent. The course focuses on volunteer and staff resources needed to effectively plan, coordinate and execute events concentrating on key elements of human resource management such as the recruitment, supervision, training, evaluation, and recognition of staff and volunteers.
