This course enables students to practically apply the knowledge and skills developed within the program. Students will participate in event teams that will conceptualize, design and execute a fully self-funding event. Team policies and procedures will be created and adhered to while members execute tasks from their detailed critical path. Teams are expected to develop budgets, contracts, marketing materials, execute sales strategies and secure sponsorship culminating in the production of an event. Measurement of student success will also include in person protocols (in a post COVID-19 world), use of technology and diversity/inclusion.
