Reflective and Critical Practice is grounded in the use of circle classroom structure, self-reflexivity, and reciprocal learning. Students analyze critical readings of theory and practice related to self-reflection, evidence-informed and evidence-based practices, transformation, and cultural competence within the workplace. Students explore diverse approaches that align with broader social issues and the strategies needed for transformation. Students focus on how one's interlocking subject positioning affects how one experiences everyday interactions.
