Within the Health and Wellness in Organizations course, students explore tools, techniques and policies to create and cultivate a culture of health and wellness, within a range of organizations. Emphasis will be placed on examining the role human resource and occupational health and safety business units play in employee engagement, productivity and innovation, recruitment, retention, safety, and well-being in both private and public industry.
