Active living is an approach to life that values and includes physical activity in everyday living. In this course, learners gain the knowledge, skills and ability to understand the benefits physical activity can bring to health, and the important role it plays in a positive workplace culture. Learners will explore key terms, definitions, guidelines, and benefits, as well as the many interventions one can implement to inspire people to lead active lives within the context of Canadian workplaces, schools, and communities.
