The Business Case in Health and Wellness provides students with current literature, tools, techniques and factors create a business case for health and wellness programs. Students gain the skills to identify a need through data analysis, how to define objectives, weigh costs against benefits, propose a unique solution, as well as how to implement, evaluate, and plan wellness program. Through the learning, students develop skills to support the creation of a compelling business case in health and wellness.
