This course examines key operations metrics with emphasis on the development, analysis, presentation and interpretation of such data. Metrics covered will include: productivity, project management, supply/demand forecasting, TQM, value analysis, statistical process control, supply chain, inventory management, capacity and constraints, and location and layout tools. The use of models and dashboards to enhance insight will also be explored.
