In this course the student will learn how to collaborate to meet mutual goals in a multi-stakeholder environment. Central to the course will be an understanding of the issues of power, ethics, complexity, and collaboration in different kinds of partnerships. Learners will understand the role of differentiated leadership in managing groups of people and organizations. Developing a vision and learning how to inspire others to embrace new ideas will be a focus. Students will learn professional skills required to lead organizations such as how to present, how to lead and how to manage.
