Through a focus on professional selling techniques, students will learn how to identify client needs, personalize product and service recommendations, and achieve sales targets. The course explores key business practices including daily sales tracking, interpreting financial performance reports, understanding KPIs, inventory control, loss prevention, and customer relationship management (CRM). Students will also assess real-world merchandising strategies and analyze consumer behavior to better understand the customer journey and enhance the retail experience.
