Cloud Computing is a new class of network-based computing that takes place over the Internet. It is a collection of integrated and networked hardware, software and Internet infrastructure referred to as cloud computing platform. In this course students will leverage a platform such as AWS as their cloud environment and see how IT transformation meets business needs, by introducing various aspects of cloud such as: applications, orchestration and security. Students learn to identify and mitigate security threats within the cloud infrastructure.
