This course prepares students to both secure a placement position and provides students with the necessary tools and skills required for successful employment applications. Students will develop the fundamentals for an effective employment search, application, and interview. Professionalism and networking are also a focus of this course as it is imperative to develop professional connections and have a clear understanding of what is expected in the workplace to advance in the profession. Career planning skills will be enhanced and applied to prepare for entry into placement and ultimately the workforce.
