In Stand-up Comedy 2 students perform weekly at Yuk Yuk's Comedy Cabaret, sharpening their stand-up comedy skills and elevating their stage presence. This course focuses on advanced crowd work, comedic persona development, improvisation within sets, and crafting longer, more cohesive routines. Students will also learn how to adapt their material for various audiences and professional settings, gaining insight into the business side of comedy, including booking gigs and self-promotion.
