This course introduces students to the basic principles and tools of project management. Through case studies and a comprehensive project design, students will learn how these general rules of project management apply to the digital media context. The importance of team formation and management is taught and applied through collaborative assignments. Students examine the practice of industry leading firms to gain an understanding of the existing practice and to help them develop their own creative process.
