Students are introduced to professional practice as they explore ethical considerations, roles and responsibilities within the field that facilitates a deeper understanding of their scope of practice. Leading, directing, and facilitating content offers learners an opportunity to practice principles of coaching and mentoring, adult education, and reflective practice/inquiry theory.
