This project-based course introduces students to the fundamentals of launching a small business in the fashion or cosmetics industry. Through hands-on exploration of business planning, financial forecasting, marketing, branding, and operations, students will develop a foundational understanding of what it takes to start and manage a new venture. Emphasis is placed on industry trends, entrepreneurial self-assessment, and the practical requirements of business ownership in a Canadian and global context.
