Students will engage in hands-on consulting with organizations. Students collaborate with these organizations to identify HRM issues and provide analysis and solutions. Students evaluate the effectiveness of existing systems and through leveraging their strategic HRM knowledge, develop tailored recommendations supported by evidence-based insights. Throughout the process, students practice effective communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. Students gain valuable experience and develop the ability to identify, analyze, and solve HRM issues with a systems-oriented and innovative mindset.
