This course will allow students to explore risk management required to navigate the intricacies of pharmaceutical operations, compliance, and strategic decision-making within the pharmaceutical industry. Students will explore management and other key stakeholder engagement responsibilities at various levels. Students will gain the knowledge, tools, and abilities to become experts at emphasizing continual improvement and ensuring consistent, effective communication while preparing to lead low, medium, and high-risk projects.
