Pandemic preparedness explores the stages of planning, preparing and responding to a global pandemic taking into account the roles and responsibilities of different stakeholders. Learners develop and apply the knowledge, skills and resources required to implement infection prevent and control interventions in response to pandemics, natural disasters, infectious disease threats and bioterrorism.
