Implementing IPAC programs and processes requires leadership, management, collaboration and interprofessional skills. Ethical Leadership in IPAC examines these factors and their role in developing and implementing infection risk assessment plans and policies. Learners will explore various styles of leadership, team building, communication, and conflict resolution along with studying the organizational elements and factors that form the context for IPAC. Furthermore, students explore the role of ethics in effective leadership to ensure that all policies, procedures, and programs comply with and promote a healthy, inclusive and respectful environment for all stakeholders.
