This course provides an in-depth exploration of the principles and practices involved in designing and developing relational databases. Students will learn to model data structures, normalize databases, and implement database schemas using SQL and other database management tools. The course also covers data modeling strategies and some important aspects of securing and protecting the databases in an enterprise. By the end of the course, students will be able to design and develop robust, efficient and scalable databases that meet the performance, security, and business requirements of modern enterprises.
