Course Code: JNAL 5600
Academic Year: 2025-2026
The work placement provides students with the opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience by completing a work term in the industry. Students will use the knowledge and skills they have learned in the classroom in a real work environment. During the work placement, students take part in structured reflections and are guided and mentored by both an industry supervisor and a Humber representative. This type of learning experience supports students transition to employment and also addresses employers' needs for new graduates who are prepared to enter the work force.
