This course will introduce the student to document applications associated with legal administrative procedures in a civil litigation practice from the commencement of the action in the Superior Court of Justice through to preparation for trial. The student will draft correspondence and documents from verbal or brief handwritten instructions and handwritten or edited copy to acceptable standards using Automated Civil Litigation ("ACL") software and Microsoft Word software.
