This course will introduce students to document applications associated with legal administrative procedures in a family law practice, including preparation of a domestic contract, uncontested and contested divorce proceeding forms, involving support and division of property, in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. Students will draft correspondence and documents from brief handwritten instructions and handwritten or edited copy to acceptable standards using Microsoft Word software and DivorceMate software.
