This course focuses on time based visual storytelling, using animation and visual effects to propel a narrative. Lecture topics on the fundamentals of editing, animation, and visual effects will be applied to projects for social media platforms, software applications and content providers. Through in-class demonstrations, students will produce industry standard deliverables such as video and motion graphic GIFs, photorealistic composites and simulated interactive content.
