Professionals with security credentials understand and mitigate threats to data and threats to integrity of data, different types of attacks and other vulnerabilities within IT systems, infrastructure and services. Professionals are trained to recover and protect resources. This course introduces identification of sources of attacks on organizational assets and data. Learners, in this course, also learn to mitigate these attacks and secure valuable assets and resources in the organizations. The learners explore different approaches to organizational risk assessment, risk management and compliance to regulations. Students apprehend end-to-end security, learn to administer Identity Access Management (IAM), concept of Public Key Encryption rules, foundations of cryptography and wireless security. This course also provides learns the skills to counter social engineering attacks based on certain events.
