This course will examine current health issues impacting women and the contextual factors shaping those issues through an intersectional lens, within a Canadian context. This course analyzes women's health from various perspectives, including, but extending beyond reproductive health issues. Students will have an opportunity to consider issues impacting women's health from an intersectional perspective, including potential implications for relational nursing practice across different practice settings.
