This course is centered around learning fitness skills and techniques to increase and/or maintain an overall healthy physical fitness for life. Students will be learning about the principles of exercise and will create individual workout plans with a focus on cardiorespiratory fitness and resistance training. Students will discuss nutrition and body composition, and how these components affect their current and future health.
