This course is centered around learning fitness skills and techniques to increase and/or maintain an overall healthy physical fitness for life. Students will be learning about potential health problems, such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, back injuries and other common injuries, and how to prevent, manage and treat those conditions. Also, students will learn about the implications of shift work and the importance of sleep for health benefits.
