This course is designed to provide the student with basic knowledge of current microcomputer hardware and software content and configuration to begin diagnosing and solving simple hardware-related problems. Students learn practical aspects of how virtualization software operates within a computing environment. They learn about Type 1 and Type 2 hypervisors. This improves the performance of the systems and services in the organization. The students learn practical aspects and applications of virtualization that are used in the organizational set up. Installation, configuration, customization and management of virtualized environment are the key topics that the students learn to use in the practical environment. They learn to manage and tune up resources within virtualization infrastructure.
